At Sushyam, we take great care to ensure that your order reaches you promptly, securely, and in pristine condition.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pincodes within India.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order:

  • For packages up to 1kg: ₹90

  • For every additional 1kg: ₹90 is added incrementally
    These charges are applied at checkout for complete transparency.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp on your registered mobile number and email address. You may track your order in real time using the link provided.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or peak seasonal demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such times.
